Reservations 

Self-guided groups

Groups visiting the museum as individuals using audioguides

Groups who wish to visit the museum as individuals may reserve audioguides, which are available in six languages (French, German, English, Italian, Spanish and Dutch).

In order to ensure the greatest possible comfort for all museum visitors, groups led by a guide are required to use audiophones (a system including a microphone for the guide and receivers for the group members), which must be reserved prior to the visit.

The reservation form should be completed and submitted for approval by fax (+33 (0)3 89 41 26 22), e-mail (info@musee-unterlinden.com) or postal mail (Musée Unterlinden, Service Groupes, 1, rue d’Unterlinden, F-68000 Colmar FRANCE).

Visits are provided in various languages by guides from the Colmar Office of Tourism.

Visitor information

Group admission fees
€6 per person for groups of 15 or more visitors, with free admission for two group leaders

 

Payment
Tickets may be purchased directly at the museum admissions desk at the time of the visit or by presenting a coupon or voucher.

Check room 

To ensure the safety and preservation of the works on display in the museum, all visitors carrying backpacks or umbrellas are asked to leave them with the baggage check personnel in the museum lobby, before entering the galleries. Check room personnel will not accept coats.

Tour bus access 

Tour buses should follow signs for the Lacarre and Scheurer-Kestner parking garages in the city centre.
